1.Aquapark and Go Karting over the back of Cala Vinas approximately 40 minute walk - easier to take the car especially coming back!
2.A trip on a glass bottom boat or a giant catamaran and a chance to see some of the beautiful coastline, hidden calas and towering cliffs - pick up from Cala Vinas. Take your swimming gear and snorkels.
3.Walk the coast to delightful calas. Take a picnic or lunch at Portals Vells in one of two beach bars.
4.The prettiest village in Spain - Fornalutx next to Binassalem full of oranges and lemon groves on the way to Soller. Drive via the tunnel or save a few Euros and take the mountain hairpins. Eat out in Puerto Soller and watch the colours change as the sun sets over the boats.
5.A short drive to ValldeMosa in the hills behind Palma is a must for leather goods of all kinds and an artists delight. You may bump into Mr and Mrs Michael Douglas, their Costa Nord exhibition is worth a visit.

6.Marineland for the younger family members is always popular - 15 minutes by car along the coast through Palma Nova, have fund with the dolphins!
7.The highest peak in the Calvia area, Mt Galatzo a hill walking challenge (not for the faint-hearted). Access the base of the hill through Puigpuinyent.
8.Take the old train from Palma to Soller - experience the quaint rustic charm of old Mallorca.
9.Discover the beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make La Rapita Es Trecs special, in the south east corner of the island. The beach bar with the rafia roof is a must for juicy melons and delicious fish, and you will not want to miss the sarong sellers.
10.Menader around the old part of Palma near the cathedral - venture into the shopping areas, temptation in every window. Abaco is worth a visit if you can find it - for that pre dinner cocktail.
11.An afternoon mountain drive and exciting walk to Castell d'Alaro near Santa Maria with baked shoulder of Lamb and a bottle of house wine to aid recovery - strictly for those with a head for heights.
